Notice what you’re feeling and why.
Write down your top two things you want to accomplish that day.
Think rationally and don’t let your fears take you over.
Approach all of your calls to try to give more than you take.

Questions to ask when having a phone conversation with a potential customer:

  • What is the most important area of your business?
  • Is there any pain associated with that particular activity?
  • What else?
  • Tell me more?
  • What software have you been looking for but haven’t found a good solution?
  • What are some repetitive tasks you have to do on a daily basis?
  • Who is responsible for those tasks?
  • How do you feel when you have to do those tasks?
  • If you could wave a magic wand in regards to that task what would happen?
  • What are the tasks you do that take up the most time?
  • What problems are costing you the most money?

Information means nothing unless if you take action on it.
