Make sure everything (tables, wifi, etc.) is included.
Have a lower price for people that register early (early bird price). Helps you with inventory. Gives you flexibility to change pricing to get rid of all tickets.
Don’t be scared to do bulk deals.
Never pay for business class for speakers.
Try to get local people to speak.
